✅ Eligibility Requirements for Teachers at Netarhat Vidyalaya Samiti:
(1) Possessing a Bachelor’s Honours degree with no less than 50% marks and a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks in the relevant subject from a UGC-recognized university.
(2) Having a B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution or a teaching degree from the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, Hyderabad, is necessary for English teachers. Alternatively, science teachers specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics must hold a two-year integrated M.Sc Education in the relevant subject from Regional College of Education, NCERT.
Teaching experience of three years in a Senior Secondary/Plus 2 residential school will be counted, on the condition that the candidate acquires a degree in Education from an NCTE-recognized institution within three years of joining the school. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s Honours degree, scoring a minimum of 50% marks, and a Master’s degree with at least 60% marks in the relevant subject will be eligible, provided they obtain a degree in Education from an NCTE-recognized institution within three years of joining the school.
(3) Ability to effectively teach in both Hindi and English, besides language subjects.
