✅ IIT Bombay Faculty Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Ph.D. with a first-class or equivalent grade in the preceding degree and demonstrate a consistently outstanding academic record. Additional eligibility criteria are tailored for each academic unit.
Experience:
Assistant Professor Grade I requires a minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching, research, or professional experience.
Assistant Professor Grade II has no specific requirements.
For the position of Associate Professor, a minimum of 6 years of teaching, research, or professional experience after obtaining a Ph.D.
To qualify for the Professor position, candidates must have at least 10 years of teaching, research, or professional experience following the completion of their Ph.D.
